Increase engagement and subscriber retention with our native iOS and Android apps

A complete refresh of our comments system, providing richer engagement for subscribers.
We try to keep 3 of these “on deck” at any time - these aren’t explicitly scheduled but we will try to keep a steady stream of these coming through (initial target: 1 per 6 week period)

Many subscribers cancel due to temporary issues, and can be brought back with a nudge at the right time. Our research indicates 5+% of subscribers will come back with a well timed campaign.

Need to know a subscriber’s address to send them something special? Their phone number to drop them a text? We’ll be providing modules to collect more data from your subscribers.
These are bigger projects, that will take 6-12 weeks to complete.
These items are “on our radar” and we’re exploring them - we re-evaluate this list every 8 weeks and items on here have a higher likelihood of being done, but not a certainty based on our exploration of the benefits of these projects.
