Many subscribers cancel due to temporary issues, and can be brought back with a nudge at the right time. Our research indicates 5+% of subscribers will come back with a well timed campaign.
We try to keep 3 of these “on deck” at any time - these aren’t explicitly scheduled but we will try to keep a steady stream of these coming through (initial target: 1 per 6 week period)
Our current promotion system only allows 1 active public promotion - we want to give you more flexibility to run promotions the way you want, and support multiple promotions active at one time.
These are bigger projects, that will take 6-12 weeks to complete.
